Here we go with another iteration of Tarot Tuesday (Thursday?) so we can go ahead and start calibrating the card-o-scope and check what the Astral Light is up to today, this week or the coming months. So if you have a question, bring it on.
Before we start I want to give the disclaimer that given some current personal issues replies will be delayed, possibly quite a bit but I will get back to you as soon as possible! Giving a proper lecture takes quite a bit of time, specially at a distance. However, once I finish dealing with paperwork I should be able to answer your questions promptly. I've been studying and practicing the Tarot for about 2 years now and having cast a few spreads for friends who found it helpful I thought I might make a deal with anyone that happens to read this.
Here is the deal, I will repost this on the last Tuesday of every month and will try to answer your query before the end of the month. Post a comment below requesting for a reading within the week of posting, depending on the number of comments and the situation I can either offer a lengthy reading or a three card reading. What I request back from you is some feedback about your situation and in case of some outcome what I got right and what I got wrong.
So, if you have a situation where you want to know what the Astral Light is up to, be it personal, general or on a broader scale, or want to know what the week or month ahead has in store for you, why then, you know what to do. I would encourage you to post it publicly below, as for others to get an idea of what I have to offer, to encourage discussion and what divination is about in general but if your situation is delicate post a comment marked NOT FOR POSTING explaining your situation and I'll consider it on a case by case basis.
That said, divination is like weather forecasting not a tablet of truth handed down from above, so take the advice I give you through the cards as such. Any unfortunate situation you get yourself into is entirely the responsibility of the querent!

I crafted a five card spread for you that I've found useful for this kind of questions, the positions are: center, the situation; to the left, internal influences you are not aware of; to the right, external influences you are are of; bottom, what is needed for resolution or what is needed for you and lastly, on top, the outcome or the understanding.
The first thing that is immediately noticeable is that you drew two Queens and two Kings, the Kings been reversed. This is a strong polarity characteristic which leads me to asking two questions to try to pinpoint what is it that they could be saying. With what gender, if at all, do you identify with? Or, are you married or in a relationship? I can only be vague right now, since I don't know anything about your situation, so if you tell me more we can make it more specific with that resonated with you and what didn't so much.
One thing though is that many things are not very clear to me regarding this polarity that I mention. For example we see the Queens upright and the Kings reversed, but we also see a lot of references to Wands, which are masculine in nature.
The situation, The Queen of Cups:
The Queens usually mean the complete embodiment of their element, its about mastery. Cups being the element of Water this means some mastery over your emotions, perhaps you've learned how to use them properly instead of they ruling you, a time of maturity about yourself. Notice how she is the Queen of Water but her throne is sitting in firm ground, meaning that she is the master of Water but she doesn't let herself be ruled by it.
Internal influences you are not aware of, Ace of Wands:
This card is all about energy and intensity, the Wands being the element of Fire. But it could also mean forcefulness. Since this is influences you are not aware of, you could be forceful in some ways that won't be immediately obvious to you.
External influences you are aware of, King of Swords, reversed:
The swords represent Air, and so the mind, for which this is King. Since it is reversed, it could possibly be that you are being selfish, using your mind for your own only. Or also that you are avoiding taking a firm decision, or perhaps there is a firm decision that it is not being made outside of you, this being the position of the external influences.
What is needed, Queen of Wands:
Here we see another powerful Queen, she is complete within herself regarding the polarity of masculine and feminine, which many people exhibit only one sided. What is needed from you is that you be this way, firm but loving.
The outcome or understanding, King of Wands, reversed:
The Kings represent, responsibility or authority, after all it was Kings who used to have to take decisions for their kingdom and listen to the people. The understanding here is that it is important that the King remains in his role and that even though there might be some eagerness for adventure, that could lead to the dropping of responsibilities that are essential.

All that is to say, if your reading shows both masculine and feminine traits, that could potentially be about me. I generally think people place too much weight on gender, haha!

The situation: mastery over my own emotions, inner knowledge, a time of maturity about myself.
This makes sense. I'm currently dealing with a health issue but I've accepted that I have to deal with it and thankfully it seems to be going smoothly. I'm also dealing with my path in life potentially changing in the coming weeks, though that change might only last a few months, we'll see. I also had a natal chart reading from an astrologer last fall who said I needed to be "puffer fish" this year: I needed to be strong and confident, even if I didn't feel that way inside.
Internal unaware: Fire
Fire is also the element for the Will, at least in the Dolmen Arch Cantrefs I'm working with. I've been focusing a lot on my will lately, to deal with this health issue. It could also be that I am being guided toward a new path on a couple of other things in my life, which will become more clear in a few weeks.
External King of Swords Reversed: Air
Could this mean that there is a firm decision that I need to make in my life but I'm putting it off? I'll have to think more on this.
What is Needed: Queen of Wands
I really like that she is "complete within herself regarding the polarity of masculine and feminine" as you say. That's very cool. I can try to be firm but loving. This is the second card that indicates I might need to power-up, per se, to be strong about a decision?
Outcome King of Wands Reversed:
Hm, I will have to really think on this, if the card is referring to my husband. If it is referring to me, that could indicate I need to focus on some of my practical responsibilities, right?
