Q- Which would be the better course of action to do with my annual bonus + stock sale funds at the beginning of March.

1. Keep the cash on hand due to the possibility of a forced residence move in May (plus increasing my savings so I have a cushion for any hard times).

2. Or, use the funds to pay down a good chunk of my financial debts and increase my monthly cash flow.

For decisions I usually use the Tarot as it is quite easy to modify the casting to your needs, which you can't do on geomancy.

I specified it to: which of these two options is better for Tamanous financial health.

You got the King of Swords for yourself, unsurprising in the situation since this is the "mathematician" king, so it's pretty clear you are approaching the situation with that mindset, cold and calculating, which is appropriate for money usually but something interesting follows it.

For option #1 You got The Lovers Reversed and for option #2 you got The VIII of Wands Reversed. The Lovers reversed suggest to me a conflict between ideas and emotions for that option, or what you think you should do with your money versus your feelings towards money, perhaps because of the move you mention but it seems that in this option there are conflicting things that are not clear behind the motives. For option #2, it seems to me that this card is telling you that more planning is required to see the best results.

I feel that this card is telling you to look closely to see question your motives and plans and feelings to see if there is anything that could be improved to pay off your debt fast. This need for looking and analyzing better at the situation was exemplified by The Hanged Man in that option. "Focus" was a term that appeared repeatedly, which is perhaps the main theme of the reading, to pay more attention overall to your financial dynamics if you will, specially because all the cards concerning the options were reversed. More specifically for these two options, with a little more thought and planning, option #2 seems better.

For the You card you drew IV of Wands (look it up), which tells me you are approaching this situation with the aim of either forming a family or settling down in a happy, romantic relationship.

For HT, nope, all reversed cards and too many hopes, projections, and dreams. It seems to me that you are considering this situation because it is different to what you are used to and might give you clarity and perspective and you like that.

For AC. For your energy with her you drew the Knight of Pentacles, good for a relationship. In particular this knight might be of stability. For her, it seems to me that she brings a sort of freedom or gentleness which you might either not be used or you like a lot. For mixed energy between the two, you drew, ehem, The Lovers, which I assume is pretty self explanatory ;-)

For general advice, you got the Knight of Wands reversed, which very clearly says to me that you also need to slow down, keep your expectations as guiding posts not as goals and let yourself stroll through a beautiful thing without worrying too much.

You're right, I am looking for a stable (but very romantic) relationship to anchor my life after some torrid and terrible years.

1) With HT it's interesting I've received mixed signs but the projection angle makes sense to me.

2) This did feel something like that so let's see if it goes anywhere (she's been out of the country for a bit).

I can see that with HT, though it seems to me, from the cards, that it is more a fascination than love, which is why I mentioned that you like it because it is either new, interesting or something else that opens your perspective. With HT, the mix of energy between yours and hers is IX of Wands and for AC is The Lovers, which I think is important.

And yes, there was emphasis on slowing down a bit! Both in actions and emotions.

Interesting that both options are currently outside the country! I would suggest to journal a little bit to see if there is anything to keeping the target of your emotions at a distance, sometimes such tings have meanings even though we didn't do them per se.

I wanted to give you a more detailed reading but I am reading this chart as a clear no, the current ideas you have about the moment in your life are not going in the right way. For the Left Judge, the topic you get beginnings so it is telling me it might be either something about childhood or perhaps a marriage, but that's not what you asked. When I go and see the Right Judge, the querent, that is you, I get Mab, which is a figure of rashness and too quick to go into action or settling into something. Then, the Way of Points, a technique used to see the hidden motives in a situation, takes me to the position of the past and into the figure Mab again. Is this reassessment coming after the input from someone or reflecting about someone in the past?

A little of both, I guess. The reassessment came about because something should've happened from this situation if I had gotten it correct, but nothing ever did (except problems, lots of those), and wanting to figure out why and what I should do now. I sat down and tried to document the situation and where this conviction of mine came from, and found the ground for it was a lot shakier than I ever realized. The idea that the whole thing was a mistake on my part made sense after that. But all right, must be something else then.

I have casted a spread for you regarding Mal.

I am sorry to say that the spread that I got doesn't seem very promising.

First I casted a spread with you and her. What I get from this is that you were looking into the relationship with a different clarity and perspective than she was and that you both were not really on the same page when it comes to the situation. This doesn't demerit the situation but it does seem to show to me that once the initial chemistry wore of there was no potential for a meaningful relationship in the long term and it is possible that if it did happen it would be based on codependency or such rather than it raising both of you. I am sorry I say it like that but that's what I get from The Devil Reversed and the Hierophant Reversed.

Next, for your love life more generally, it is telling me to be gentler in your approach. You might be approaching this either with too many expectations or too forcefully. In order to change that, along the same lines, you need to resolve your emotions towards relationships. Is there something that is actually dragging you in that sense? When I asked what would be needed to change it, I got something like an impression towards that, but I might be wrong.

If I take the cards as input, I would definitely let her go. While I was shuffling I saw the IX and X of Swords a few times which tells me that she was really hurt by your actions, even though she doesn't admit it.

For her, she is playing tough, but as I said, it seems that is more of a cover up for her feelings.

For that last question, will we be able to have a friendly relationship? Mmm, well since the future involves from now until all your future incarnations that's a tricky question. But since I am assuming you care about this one! What I get is that it is best to let her go for now, but work on yourself to examine what happened. If the situation comes, you would have reflected and acted on that to change yourself, but it won't be soon or easy if it happens.
