Belated Tarot offerings
Sep. 7th, 2022 04:30 pm
We can go ahead and dust off the card-o-scope and check what the Astral Light is up to today, this week or the coming months. So if you have a question, I'll be happy to ask the cards. If you had a question I didn't answer in a previous Tarot Tuesday let me know and I'll get back at it. I might already have notes of it.
I will repost this on the last Tuesday of every month and will try to answer your query within the week or two of posting. That said, divination is like weather forecasting not a tablet of truth handed down from above, so take the advice I give you through the cards as such. The conditions that divination taps into are also in constant flux, the same as atmospheric pressure and the Moon. Any unfortunate situation you get yourself into is entirely the responsibility of the querent!
If you wish to make a donation for the readings, though it is not required, you can do so through Paypal by clicking the pentacle. Other than that, if your situation requires urgency, privacy or a more elaborate reading and conversation message me and we can arrange a 45 minute Tarot reading through Zoom or other virtual lobby software and look into it. Thanks for stopping by!

Date: 2022-09-14 04:57 am (UTC)1. In terms of how it sits, I see it as a necessary sacrifice on my end. I made a promise to her a long time ago that I'd do what I can to help her succeed through college so she'd have a real career. The major reduction in free time is a bummer, my hobbies and down time are defintely reduced, but it does allow me to spend additional time with her son who I share a good connection with (basically I'm the nearest male role model for him).
Does the support I provide effect my relationship with her? To some degree. This relationship has always been a bit up and down, and that doesn't seem to have changed much sadly. But with her at school while I'm watching the kid, there's less opportunity for miscommunication or fights to occur which I certainly don't mind.
That's an interesting dileniation of how the months might turn out. I suppose I might be needing to be graceful and react well to situations as they come as opposed to being either too controlling (from a limited POV) or being too lazy and being swept away by circumstance.
I'm also playing out your reading against the 6 month agenda I have in my head. Namely, that I'd be working extra hours, paying down some debt and getting myself in a financial position for an important road trip next summer (one that will help me determine where I'd like to relocate to out of the Southwest in the next 3-5 years). Your emphasis on October being a time where I'll need to figure out how to balance rest and release to motion and power certainly seems appropriate as I was planning on making that month filled to the brim with extra work.

Date: 2022-09-14 07:25 pm (UTC)For what is worth, I think I should mention that there is something you are not seeing. Every time I've brought this up in a reading seems futile so I will recommend that you pay really close attention because it is not something that will require effort and hard work, it is something that requires subtlety to see but once you do it takes a second. There seems to me to be a lot of repression and the emotions that come with that, anger, frustration too. Don't drive yourself off of a cliff if that is the case.
That's what made me focus on balance, it seems to me your body and mind are trying to get your attention towards not forgetting to take care of yourself too. It is an attitude not an action. Something about you isn't giving that part of yourself enough attention and that is also exactly what you need to do to figure the change in POV. You need to get outside of yourself to see it for the same reason that a fish needs to get out of the water to understand and see the concept. So to speak.

Date: 2022-09-15 12:32 am (UTC)I think in my attempt to be precise with a foreign language I sounded rude. I wasn't talking about you specifically. What I meant to say was that when in a reading it comes up something that the querent is not seeing about their habits and I mention it, it seems to bring the querent into a state of conclusion, thinking that noting it is solving it, thinking the he now sees what he didn't before, thus disarming him of the needed alertness because I triggered the habit of flinching from it by putting it too close to them!
The advise is that what you don't see you won't see right now because you are in it. You are doing it, it's a habit of perception you do. It's about realizing that you are doing it and then doing something different. To see this is the goal of this opportunity. To make good use of it is imperative to be aware of the difference between habitual reaction and conscious response so that in this process of involvement with a catalytic situation something that has been out of tune in your perception can be remedied with the contrast provided by the situations you will face in this coming months. How you respond to them will determine that and very likely responding to it doesn't mean to overwork ourselves but on the contrary it'd be reacting to it habitually.
Thanks for your patience with me, I hope that is a little more clear.
I did try to jolt you into a state of alertness, it seems to have worked to some degree but I apologize if I was out of bounds, my Asperger's makes me tone deaf with such things.
