Okay so here we go. Finally! Please accept my apologies again for the long wait, a few things were getting in the way of dedicating the time and concentration that a divination requires. With that said, here are the results I got for your query. I did a three month spread with the first card of every column being the theme of the month, the second one being the roadblocks and difficulties of the month and the last one the possibilities of the month. I have started with April. It seems to be you have some challenges ahead, but not in a gloomy way but rather as some important lessons you need to learn should you want to pursue this endeavor.

Here is a picture of the spread I crafted for you.

You can also find the full-res image here. (I resize them on this page so that the it loads faster).

April
Theme: Death. Perhaps the most feared of the cards of the Tarot but comically not the most daunting. One has to take care to not let this preconditioning of death affect our interpretation of a reading. Rachel Pollack says of this card that the death of something doesn't have to leave us with a corpse. All things die so others may live and it is rare the culture whose fear of death (in both its literal and metaphorical meanings) is as exacerbated and as irrational as ours. Death is merciful! In a way, there is no death either, there is only Life, Life and Life but it happens in cycles and as with every thing of cyclical nature it depends on its opposite to give rise to its meaning.

With that said, has anything regarding your clinic come to an end? Perhaps something got you into a death end? To me this 'ending' has a quality of stuckness and also one that could've been unexpected. If nothing has ended, it could be a fear of ending too. More on this on the next card.

Roadblocks: The World, Reversed . Here we have another end, but of a different kind. The World is the end of the journey of The Fool. She is in victory, surrounded by the Tetramorph having successfully transmuted her soul. This means a natural progression of things, as enlightenment is, and ending in the sense of fulfillment and achievement. Since it is reversed however, it means something is stuck and is not letting other things flow. Can you pin point what could this be? If something has ended indeed, as the first card indicated, then the feeling of stuckness could very well be just a direct consequence of that. However, there might be something about this death that you might not be digesting properly. Which takes me to...

Possibilities : The King of Wands, Reversed. Fire of Fire is the attribution usually given to this card. A king, a man of action, almost impatiently sitting in his throne with the blessing of the Salamanders --the name the elemental spirits of Fire have according to Levi. This king, reversed, is not happy. It is confined, not having an exhaust for all this fiery activity (not necessarily physical). Kings are required to rule so what can a King do when its up side down? In this state there is always the danger that our fire will find another way when it can't keep burning where we wanted to. This can have unwanted effects, as for example dropping responsibilities or resenting something that is dear to us. There is nothing that can be done about Death, all that can be done is turn to it and watch it as to try to catch a glimpse of what could be reborn in its place. If you feel overwhelmed by this, use that fire to unstuck the situation are reroute it instead of using up the fuel in fiery emotions.

May
Theme: Six of Wands, Reversed. This card reversed could tie in with the previous card in the sense of using up tough times in our favor. This card can mean recognition of others in our endeavors or in its reversed state walking despite the lack thereof. One interpretation from Pollack's book that I like very much is "The challenge becomes to work with the image right-side up in order to turn yourself around". There are also a lot of reversed cards in this reading and when that happens I usually take it as meaning that something needs to be turned as for things to flow again or to have a different perspective at things in order to see their real role in our situation. Keep this in mind as the events of the month unfold and take notes!

Roadblocks: Two of Swords, Reversed . This one also feels as a consequence of the theme of this month. In general, telling me that the roadblocks you will face will mostly be internal in this journey. How you take things will greatly change the outcome of the situations that you face so focus on what you make of things rather than what is happening outside. In itself, there is nothing blocking you per se, but in general all this seems like a test of your own mind and actions (Because of the swords and wands. This would fit neatly with the previous reversed King. Can you see how?) in order for you to gain the necessary temper to go forward. How? This card can mean lack of focus or confusion and overcoming that, turning yourself and doing the required effort to regain clarity is your challenge this month.

Possibilities : The Page of Wands. This is exciting. The Pages are students, eager beginners in something. It can come to you as exciting news, or this could be you. A young student of the Salamanders having grasped what the King had to learn while being held upside down. It is still a desert, you know that you are not following a popular path in the minds of the collective but this might be less of a burden if you make the right choices.

Lastly.

June
Theme: Five of Pentacles, Reversed.
This one has come up before and in this case I think it might mean something a little different specially when taken into account with the card the succeeds it. It is clear that the theme of this card is difficulties but in what sense? Who would you identify with in this scene? The people outside or the people inside? Whatever your answer is, it is relevant to understanding to hold the notion that neither side carries a complete view of things that happen in the world and you can't, at any given time, have all of them because the realty of the world can't be understood from any perspective that holds them all. Why do I mention this? Well...

Roadblocks: Two of Swords, Reversed .
This card I find fascinating, perhaps because I don't get it often but also because of its powerful imagery and just how neatly it meshes with the previous card. (This deck does that a lot). The ask here though, I can't do, you will need to, and that is the general theme of this reading (and its interpretation by consequence). Seriously, this reading is quite complex and it reflects on itself. I suggest you meditate on each card regarding yourself and the reading to assemble it piece by piece as the events that correspond start to unfold to draw out of it its full teaching.

The image on the picture is an effigy and as a symbol it means a withdrawal, perhaps into meditation since the higher energy centers of the body are being stimulated by swords pointing at them. (In practice though that might not be the best way to do it!). The reason why this is powerful with the previous card depends on whether you have realized its meaning in your situation. Whatever it is, this card is telling about potential roadblocks with being too withdrawn from the world, either too identified with your miseries or too closed out inside of your temple space. Neither side, after all, convey a true and complete representation of the World at the same time. Our brains are quite primitive in the big scheme of things, we need perspective and contrast in order to see, we can't see by itself, not at this stage of evolution at least. That is another theme in this reading, duality, not oppositional duality though, but rather the duality of a spinning Yin Yang. Back to action is also a meaning of this card reversed.

Possibilities : The Star, Reversed.
All this, across the months, might shake you a little bit and when we are shaken we want to run away. That is true for every human being, the wise one though uses that discomfort to its favor by revealing things about ourselves. The crassness of such opportunities are invaluable for the fiery seeker but it can be too much at times and we might loose hope or when something about ourselves is forced into the light it might be instinctive to pull back in a jolt. The Tarot is like this too. In my opinion it is optimistic but it throws things at you that are sharp and cut right were they needed. This card can also be of shyness or of a genuine need to hide something about yourself, whether that is the case or not would need to be determined by meditating and reflecting on the situation itself.

------

I didn't get much of what was in the table but I got the color yellow a couple of times and thought of citrus. Hmm... lemon pie? In any case, thank you!

By the way, the visualization trick seems to be working well. Both times the reading has been smooth and clear. There is a big number of variables that could be involved on that, your regular practice of the SoP among them, but I think it might be having some noticeable effect.

While I was reading something else though I thought if banishing before and after would be a good idea to eliminate the astral remnants in the room and on ourselves and thus not influence anything outside that particular reading. In his book on Atlantis (were I got the method from), JMG doesn't mention any magic but on a podcast I think or something on scrying ancient heroes and geniuses, he says that it is best to banish before and after the scrying session. Is it okay with you if I bring this up on the next Magic Monday and ask for his input? If it is an issue I will restrict the method only to practicing magicians to keep the querents, the room and the readings clean; besides that I don't think there would be any issue however.
