Sorry, this took a while, but here it is. Since I don’t know anything about the situation I worked it out generally. We can tune it up with what makes sense to you and what doesn’t and what might stand out to you in the reading or while you look and think about it.
Here is the spread:
First, the meaning of the position of the cards: The one in the center is the issue or the situation; the one on the left is internal influences of which you are not aware; the one on the right is the external influences of which you are aware; the one on the bottom is what is needed for resolution and the one on top is the outcome.
Center: The Moon is one of the Major Arcana, their element is Spirit and usually have the force of the reading. The Moon reversed means either that something is waning and coming to an end and that there is difficulty processing disturbing emotions or depression. In conjunction with the other Major Arcana in the spread, The Wheel of Fortune, it might be that things have or are changing for you, maybe in a big way, perhaps a transition and this is bringing you tension. I don’t have a clear reading whether the situation is positive or negative, it might be because it is neither, maybe just a change in general but it is definitely an important one.
Left:The Seven of Swords, we can see in the picture a man trying to sneak away. Since this is the position of the internal influences of which you are not aware it means to me that you are aware somewhat of the issue —notice how the person is looking at that central card— but you are trying to sneak away from it instead of facing it fully, perhaps making excuses to not address the situation and taking tangents. You might find comfort in thinking that you are getting away with it but this will not bring a permanent solution.
Right: The Wheel of Fortune, you might have stumbled into a lucky current or some sort of ebb and flow that relates to the thing that is waning or that disturbs you, or it might be that it is this change itself that is causing it. The Wheel of Fortune is a favorable card, but its general meaning is change, as in the seasons and you are aware of this force of change, maybe it is something that you’ve seen coming for a while and now it is here, timely as something else wanes.
Bottom: The Six of Cups is a mixed card, bringing in more of the mixed feeling of the whole spread. In its traditional meaning it could mean nostalgia about the past, but I am getting a sense that it could be about accepting and receiving help in the same way that the girl is accepting the cup with a flower in it from the boy. The suit of Cups is correspondent with the element of Water which represent the emotions so it could be about accepting the help emotionally from someone you’ve known from a long time or looking back at what made you tick before, perhaps a dream or passion of yours from the past or childhood, but the general theme is openness and acceptance of this helping force.
Top: The Page of Pentacles has a general theme of study, this being the position of the outcome it could mean leading into readiness to enter a new beginning in the manner of a student caught in wonder and passion, as if everything else was tuning out but the object of your study. With the rest of the cards it could be that the change itself, if taken with the attitude of the previous card could be this, preparing yourself to get into something that you are passionate about, getting yourself ready for a new beginning just like a fresh students that goes to college to pursue its dreams, back when colleges where a place for the pursuit of ones wonder, perhaps this new beginning has roots in the past and this change could the force for it to bare fruit.
So overall I can see that the situation is very mixed regarding how it is perceived in terms of if it is a positive or a negative situation, which makes sense with what you mention about it being a situation that touches several areas of your life but if you figure out how are you unconsciously trying to look away, procrastinating perhaps, face the change squarely and accept the help that is offered to you be it from a person or something that might be related to your past, you can use the changing currents in your favor and embark on something with passion. What I find interesting about this is that for the most part I don’t see that you have to take action about the situation personally, you just have to understand it, study it and face it and integrate it. If you know how to fetch and setup your sails and where to direct your vessel the winds and currents of change will take you to new shores.
