If you have a question, I'll be happy to use geomancy or the tarot about it. That said, divination is like weather forecasting not a tablet of truth handed down from above. The conditions that divination taps into are in constant flux, the same as atmospheric pressure and the Moon. There might also be some intense readings, but by and large, given that most of us have ordinary lives, the readings have an ordinary tone. One more note, it is very common for people to look for comfort and hope in divination, in my experience that is a bad idea, so only ask questions to which you really want to know the answer.

I am sorry to say that this is not a favorable reading. Carchar means prison, which means restraint, limitation. Llawenydd is joy, which means that you are excited about it (and the fact that it happened since the same figure is in the situation). The Left witness means sorrow, and represents what you are asking about. Taking those into consideration it seems to me that the situation is not the same as you think it is, but there is still passion. All this resembles what you told me. It seems that even though the situation has been pleasant, that it is not a favorable move. Sorry!
All those figures with one dot are called Ffordd and represents change. I would think how are the expectations of others or ideas that you've gathered have influenced your relationship with him and how you can distance your self from that and think if this is what you really want.

Background- Since getting out of a bad personal situation back in January, I've been busy getting my life into a better spot overall on a host of levels, especially internally. Thankfully that's gone rather well and, as part of that, I've turned into a type of event host who has brought a lot of new people into my orbit around shared hobbies and activities.

I almost want to say the someone is going to approach you rather than you looking for it or that a romantic match will come through the help of someone else, perhaps an introduction.
Bendith Fawr seems like the situation is positive for it and that it might take you by itself instead of you having to do much about it. Work on moving away from some habits regarding relationships that you might've acquired from your home.

There might be something "off" with the land, or the permissions of the land where you want to build. Or some sort of dispute or confusion regarding it.
It seems that it will be possible for construction to start on 2024 bit you will need help from an external entity to sort it out. Something needs to change on the approach and it does seem to say to work and seek help form someone else who can look into it, or provide guidance.
However, it might be worth looking into if the effort is worth it, or the potential risks to be taken, if there are any.
