I'm going to go with quater of the amount recommended in the instructions. Just following the amount given in the instructions would require A LOT of booze. I think I would cause a scandal in my neighborhood with all the Everclear bottles that would be showing up in my recycling bin...
Following the formula, a 3x solution will give you just about 250ml of liquid, or 8.5 oz of liquid:
.25 grams of salt into 2.25ml of booze
Then add 22.5ml of booze
Finally 225ml of booze (2.25+22.5+225= 249.75!)
So you can fit most of your 3x or 6x into 8oz brown/blue tincture bottles, which can be found readily enough, with the excess going into 1 oz tincture bottles. So for both 3x and 6x, you would only have to store/transport 24 8oz bottles, plus one for bioplasma. Should be very doable! And as I said, finding 8oz bottles in brown/blue for UV protection is easy, insuring your solution will last.
More math fun: For the whole set of 24 cell salts at 3x and 6x, you are looking at 192 oz of fluid. Where I am, Everclear (190 proof grain alcohol) is sold in 1.75L bottles. 1.75L is equal to 59.18oz, so you'll need 3.25 bottles of Everclear to make the complete set of cell salts. Price wise, that means you are probably spending $120-$160 for the booze. Doable economically, and plus the neighbors won't think you're a lush :)
I believe I got this all right, but math was never my strong point, I was a history major :D If you see any glaring mistakes or omissions, please feel free to correct/point them out.

Anyways, a quarter of the given recipe means:
1g to .25 grams
9cc (ml) to 2.25cc
I found this graduated cylinder that should make measuring out fractions of a ml/cc doable: https://sciplus.com/plastic-graduated-cylinder-0-2-10ml/
