Yes. :-) I've been doing stretches every morning and every night (plus during the day when I have time). I've been doing strengthening exercises every morning and night. And I've got a 'boot' that I wear at night, that holds my foot in a position to stretch it all night long.
What I've not been able to do is let it rest. Someone has been out at work and I've been covering and having to be up and about pretty much non-stop. But considering how much I've been on it, it is still doing better than it used to.
