I waver back and forth between it being a determination/willpower issue (maybe I'm just lazy?) or a true reflection of low energy to push forward (I have some lingering health issues, a pretty intense full-time job, and am a mom/wife/homemaker for my husband and two teenagers). If it's the former, I just need a kick in the rear; if it's the latter then maybe some guidance on how I can make it all work--or if I just need to be ok with moving very slowly through the program.
