You drew Colled for the Judge and Pobl for the Right Witness and Colled again for the Left Witness. I am sorry to say the answer seems to be yes as the traditional meaning of this figure means loss and is very unfavorable and the way of points leads to Carchar on the first daughter.

I am stricken about Populus repeating 4 times. Does that mean anything to you?

I also see three Llawenydd's which means joy, on the triplicity of your outlook, situation and on your personality :-) Which seems to be a good thing if you ask me.

Alas, not an optimistic reading. Oh well, better to know and prepare.

My only thought regarding populus is it's reflective of a) some things are set already in these areas or b) its indicative of the layoff being related to broader or macro situations that are likely to hit next year. Just my two cents for what it's worth.

And as an addition that you may find interesting, I did my own geomantic reading for the question and got:

RW- Puer
LW- Caput Draconis
J- Amissio

So the general judgement of losing the job seems correct, though my reading certainly inclines towards this loss leading to some beginning/new opportunity (at least as far as I can tell). Also, no Populus showed in mine which is an interesting contrast.

Yes, even though the answer is "yes", the general outlook seems very good given the triple joy! I might take the Populus as finding also your way through the help of others and Puer, might also indicate to learn from the quests and find your own individuality.

In its own way, given its position, it also indicates to me that getting in contact again with someone from your past/childhood or background in general would be good and finding circles outside home and neighborhood.

Caput Draconis in the position of co-workers and other people also tells me you might do good in finding a new job that makes you happier.
