Thank you, it confirms my own intuition regarding the question! Regarding home and personality, I am quite introverted and a bit of a loner, and was looking at selling my house and moving cities but the market crashed here and the hoped-for gains of moving to a cheaper city (ie paying off my mortgage) disappeared.
