Thanks very much for sharing this, I'm excited to read about a field I had zero knowledge of before you started sharing.

As requested, a few notes on the English:


  • "anecdotic" would more often be rendered as "anecdotal"

  • In that same sentence, using three "buts" reads as a bit awkward in English, though not technically grammatically incorrect. A possible way around it (though obviously I don't know the original Spanish): "This book, though modest and anecdotal, represents but one attempt at opening the eyes to a hidden reality - one alive, safeguarded, and thrusting within the heart and essence of our country."

  • "And the most extraordinary of all is that such an attitude of submission. . .

  • "This methodology also allowed us/them to test some of the therapeutic procedures. . .



Take or leave these as they're helpful (or not).
